No. We specialize in off-market opportunities you won’t find on the MLS. That gives our builder partners first access to cleaner deals with less competition and more flexibility.
Can you find lots that match our specific criteria?
Absolutely. Share your preferred zip codes, zoning, lot size, and build parameters—we’ll send you deals that match or come close. The more specific you are, the better we can serve you.
Do you vet the lots before offering them?
Yes. We pre-screen each lot for zoning, access, flood zone status, and overall buildability before presenting it. We’ll always be upfront about what we know—and what needs verification—so you’re never guessing.
